The seeded demo tour has no evidence pack — there is no object storage behind it, which is the same reason it works with the wifi off. Switch to a real tour to export one.

- events.json — every entry in the range, with its hash chain links
- artifacts/ — the raw .eml and every attachment, at their own hashes
- verification.json — chain re-walked and every artifact re-hashed, with the verdict
